Unless stated otherwise, PCR begins work on your computer as soon as it is brought in or picked up. In most cases PCR fixes computers with software damage within 1 to 2 days if not same day. Computers with hardware damage may require an extra 1 to 2 days for parts to arrive.

 

Why wait for to fix your computer?

Here's a report of a customer waiting 12 days after an estimated wait of 7 - 10 days was given. The customer was charged $415.00 for a diagnostic + Windows reinstall + system drive replacement. PCR would have charged only $120.00 + the exact cost of the drive to do the same job!
