QUICK COST OVERVIEW: When dropping off your PC, the total labor cost is usually a flat $100.00 for a diagnostic & repair of Windows operating system issues (such as viruses, sluggishness, shutting down, freezing up, boot failure, blue screen errors), and any failed internal desktop computer hardware parts, but may be as low as $65.00 or even $40.00.

If it becomes necessary to reinstall Windows there may be additional costs depending on your needs. For example if you have critical personal data that you must have migrated, then add $20.00 for the first 100 GB of used drive space from a healthy hard drive. For laptops only, add $20.00 when repairing software issues AND a motherboard, monitor or other part that is not easily accessible via convenient lids, and thus dismantling is required (uncommon).

NO parts markup! Parts are simply billed as "reimbursement" for the exact cost including shipping (if any), RMA shipping (if any) and tax (if any). If the initial diagnostic determines that there is a failed hardware part you can opt out the repair or fix it yourself by paying just $40.00 (diagnostic only).
