IMPORTANT NOTE: This low price applies ONLY when PCR is called upon solely and specifically to recover a lost password(s) on one computer, and NO diagnostic or repair work is involved.  Sometimes what appears to be a simple password issue is a larger problem such as a virus or damaged Windows operating system which instead requires a software repair ($120) or reinstallation of Windows. For example a common issue is the "log-in failure loop" in which Windows appears to briefly accept the password you enter but no sooner the computer just "logs off" and reboots each time instead of resolving to the desktop.

NOTE: For legitimate use only. By contracting with PCR to recover (or reset) passwords on a computer, you must represent to PCR that you are either the owner of the computer or you are authorized to recover the password(s) on the computer, and you are not unlawfully "hacking into" or "breaking into" someone else's computer or account.

Without a password you are effectively "locked out" of your computer. Microsoft does not provide any support for recovering passwords other than to tell you to reinstall Windows. However PCR can "hack" into your computer and recover or reset passwords. If it can't be "recovered" then PCR can simply reset your password to blank in order to successfully log on.  Without a recovery or reset of a user password, you are "locked out" and the only other solution is to recover your data and then reinstall Windows.

SELF HELP SOLUTION: Don't forget that passwords are case sensitive.  Make sure your "Cap Lock" key is not engaged! The "Cap Lock" key is located just above the left "Shift key". When engaged (toggled on) a light located in the upper right hand corner area of your keyboard turns on. That light is often located somewhere above the "home" key.
